JON TURTLE

Jon brings more than thirty years of direct industry experience to the FSP Advisory Board, most of which has been gained in areas of direct relevance to the requested duties of its members. Jon has a long-standing reputation in Hollywood as a financier, producer and distributor of feature films, both on his own as well as in various capacities for others.

Currently Jon is a partner in Filmcrest Corporation, a company that is actively engaged in the financing, production, development and Prints & Advertising (P&A) functions for feature films and television projects. Immediately prior to this time Jon served as a Producer and financier for Jon Turtle Productions in affiliation with Showtime Networks, responsible for developing and producing television and motion pictures on a “first look” basis for the network.

Prior positions include executive responsibilities at Interactive Media Corporation, Capella Films, Inc., Coutts & Company, Rocket Pictures, and ASCII Pictures Corporation, as well as Media Home Entertainment and Albacore Productions, Inc.

Throughout his career Jon has functioned in the capacity of Producer, Executive Producer, Distributor or financier for approximately sixty features, some of which are listed below for reference:
